The Most Rev. Suheil Dawani, Archbishop of the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East, will speak at VTS on Wednesday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. His keynote address “The Challenges for Christians in the Holy Land Today” will take place in the Addison Academic Center Multipurpose Room. The Archbishop’s remarks will be followed by a panel conversation with VTS faculty members:
Stephen L. Cook, Ph.D, Professor of Old Testament Language and Literature;
Hannah Matis, Ph.D, Assistant Professor of Church History, and
Zeyneb Sayilgan, PhD, Visiting Assistant Professor of Islamic Theology and Religious Pluralism.
The panel will be moderated by the Center Director the Rev. Robert S. Heaney, Ph.D., D.Phil. and followed by a reception.
